This Privacy Policy describes how Annandale VA Foundation Pros ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit https://annandalevafouncationpros.com ("Site"), submit a contact form, or request a quote. We do not sell personal information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you fill out our contact form — typically your name, phone number, postal address (only if you ask us to send a written quote by mail), and the description of the work you need. We do not collect payment information through the Site; estimates and invoicing happen offline after an in-person inspection.

We also automatically collect basic usage data when you visit the Site: IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is processed by Google Analytics 4 in aggregated form.

2. How We Use Information

• To respond to your quote request or service inquiry by phone or email
• To schedule a free on-site inspection at your address
• To send job-related updates (confirmation, arrival window, completion summary)
• To improve the Site (which pages people find useful, which they leave quickly)
• To comply with any legal request from a court or government authority

We do not use your information for advertising, retargeting, lookalike audience seeding, or any third-party marketing program.

3. Third-Party Services We Use

• WPForms — handles the contact form on the Site. WPForms stores submissions in our WordPress database; no third-party copy is made.
• Google Analytics 4 — measures aggregated traffic patterns. IP anonymization is enabled.
• Cloudflare — provides CDN + DNS for the Site. Cloudflare may receive your IP address as part of normal request routing.
• Twilio — provides the phone number listed on the Site. When you call that number, Twilio records call metadata (timestamp, duration, your caller ID) so we can return calls and document service requests.
• IndexNow / Bing / Google Search Console — these search-engine services receive sitemap and indexing pings only; they do not receive personal data.

4. Cookies

The Site sets a small number of first-party cookies for analytics and (where applicable) for remembering form state. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or pixel trackers. You can block cookies in your browser settings without losing access to the Site.

5. Data Retention

Contact-form submissions are retained for up to 24 months from the date of submission so we can respond to warranty inquiries, supplemental insurance claims, or repeat-service requests. Analytics data is retained for 14 months per the Google Analytics 4 default. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

6. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted a form, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete the record.

7. Your Rights — Access, Correction, Deletion

You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. Email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy Request" and the phone number or email you used to contact us. We respond within 30 days.

8. California Residents (CCPA)

If you live in California, you have the additional right to know which categories of personal information we collect, the right to opt out of any "sale" of that information (we do not sell personal information), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. 9. EU / EEA Residents (GDPR)

If you live in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the additional rights to data portability and to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. 10. Security

The Site is served over HTTPS. WordPress is hardened with login-rate limiting and a maintained core, theme, and plugin stack. We do not store payment information on the Site. No system is 100% secure, but we use industry-standard safeguards.

11. Changes to This Policy

We update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes are noted at the top of the page.
